Easy Tips Using Jam & Jelly
1. Your favorite jelly as a glaze for chicken or pork. Blend Apricot
jam, curry powder, currants or raisins together, Brush on meat for the
last three minutes of cooking.
2. Spicy dipping sauce for fish - mix favorite marmalade or jam with hot
mustard
3. For a quick jelly roll, layer slices of pound cake with favorite jam.
4. Low fat dressing for fruit salad, mix 1/2 cup low fat sour cream and
1/4 cup preserves.
